THE Runner's Bathroom

If you're familiar w/ the San Diego running community at all you've more than likely heard of 'the runner's bathroom' - a popular meeting spot for runs. The runner's bathroom is in a centralized and (for the most part) scenic part of San Diego. It's located on East Mission Bay just south of the visitors center. From here, there are a number of routes you can take. Here's mine from yesterday.

Google will surely help you navigate your way there, but it might be hard to find the first time as there are a half dozen bathrooms in the area, but only one of them has this:



Met with Marc and Jess for a run around the bay on Saturday AM. Both have sub 3:40 marathon's under their belt, so keeping up w/ them wouldn't be easy. Luckily, my run was HR based so I had to keep up w/ certain zones. The zone 1 portions turned out to be the most difficult to manage. All in all though a great run and glad to have it out of the way. which was good because we had hella parties to go to.

here's one w/ my often referenced buddy, rene, and our kid's Kaitlyn and Zoey at Caleb's baptism (not pictured). These kids are going to grow up referring to each other as cousins and their white friends will be confused as to how that's possible.
