My friend Rene is better than me. He's taller. He's stronger. He's just overall better. He has eclipsed my half marathon PR by over 4 minutes. I've been running for 6 years or so now and I have yet to surpass that mark. He's better than me.
Part of it might be because he has a better mental approach to his training. He's more like Bruce Lee and I'm the guy that should die. I need to be more like Bruce Lee.
Dude...the guy didn't die. Did you not read the story? LOL. Because Bruce Lee pushed him he broke through the plateau.
