
From left to right 2010 bibs and how I felt
Sue Kren 15k - okay. just 'okay.' went out too fast
Huntington Beach Half - good. faded towards the end, but still managed a PR
OC Half - horrible. went out way to fast.
Rock 'n' Roll Marathon - Shatty. first ten miles felt okay and was on pace. next for were a struggle. the heat definitely played a factor.
Camp Pendleton Mud run (10K) - fun run w/ buds. double dare back, this time w/ mark summers
*i'm also missing a El Cajon 20K bib (misplaced) - first time running this race and I loved the hills. fun.
Today I ran a run labeled as "MM" which stands for muscle memory. Not really sure how this is different from a fartlek, but whatever. I cramped up w/ my first step, but I pushed through it. 40 minutes done. I love how short these workouts seem on paper, but are so challenging in practice.
