First Fartlek yesterday and in a word it was 'intense'. I never ever ever ever run in zone 4. wait let me think, no that's right, never. yesterday i ran 5:20 in it, thankfully in 40 second intervals w/ plenty of rest in between. fun
I used to get antsy when I rested or took a day off. not today.
programmed the watch w/ too much rest inbetween zone 4 intervals. two links b/c i had to stop the workout on the fly and go manually.
