Swish

so my last post was two months ago. excited about training for the silverstand half marathon. Shortly after registering, a local crossfit beginner friendly competition was announced for that same weekend. Running has again taken a back seat. *sigh again.

a half marathon might have been a bit much coming off my hiatus, so let's try this again. this time a 3 week committment with only 9 workouts (running) to the bumblebee 5k on 12/28/11. if u recall from last year, it was an uber win, a PR by over a minute. This year, I don't have a coach, but I do have the same schedule that got me there. I also have stronger legs and core, which I'm hoping will help w/ my time.

The next 3 weeks will also help me gauge whether or not i want to train for my 10th marathon, and my 6th consecutive RnR San Diego Marathon. Training starts in January.
