Hammer time

I'm not going to lie. I don't always follow my schedule 100%. I tend to skip light weight training and bike recovery. In a huge contrast from this time last year I've spent zero time on my bike in 2011, where in 2010 I was training for my first century ride. It was tough, but I dusted off the trainer, wiped the bike free of cob webs and dropped the hammer. Feeling good.
