At some point I'm going to circle back to profile my previous 11 followers(yes, including myself), but for now try not to feel to jilted, sit back and relax while i introduce Janice S. a.k.a. J-nice. a.k.a. the one that got away (at mile 21).

I've been running with her now for a couple years and it's disgusting how effortless she makes running look. Janice and I have some business to settle in the form of a 10k death match. Stay tuned for the venue as both sides are still ironing out the details.
