For the last few weeks or so I've been trying to wrap my head around the coming week of workouts. they are long runs. 90 minute long runs. yes, more than one in a week. long constant long runs; no pick ups. At the zones they're scheduled for (z1 & z2), that's 10+ miles of monotony. the best part, they're on Tuesday and Thursday. The only way I can really make this happen is to do it at 6AM both days.
occasionally Juliano will text me to see how I'm feeling and I try and be honest.

This is definitely a first, but tomorrow morning the alarm will go off and I'm going to get on it (man).
