Marathon Ry ran up to 50 miles a week, with training sessions lasting up to 3 hours at a time | Crossfit Ry trains on average 15-30 minutes at a time

Marathon Ry was supported by friends and family at the finish, a fraction of the race | Crossfit Ry is cheered on by friends and family throughout.
